Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the curation, management, and analysis of large-scale clinical and claims data within the Truveta data environment, with a focus on pregnancy exposures and maternal and perinatal outcomes. Responsibilities include extracting and transforming structured electronic health record data using Python, constructing pregnancy episodes and longitudinal exposure windows, and developing reproducible analytic pipelines to support cohort creation and outcome ascertainment. The individual will apply statistical modeling to evaluate associations between medication and clinical exposures and pregnancy outcomes and conduct sensitivity analyses. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for contributing to academic writing including construction of tables, summarizing the findings, and understanding the relevant strengths and limitations of the approach.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
