Data Scientist
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework
- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Understanding of generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers) and natural language processing.
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP).
- Understanding of data preprocessing and model fine-tuning.
- Awareness of ethical considerations and bias mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in programming language Python / C#
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Owner: Establish and communicate a clear, compelling vision for the product, aligning it with business goals. Create and maintain a product roadmap
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor data science solutions to meet those needs.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document models, processes, and findings for stakeholders, enabling clear communication of results and decision support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Machine Learning and Statistical Techniques: Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, time series analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python / C#; SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating business questions into data science problems.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Working in a dynamic environment
- Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $135,000 Per Annum
