About the Role

Job Title: Data Scientist
Location: Redmond, WA, 98052
Summary: This is a Marketing Data Science role. Marketing analytics experience required.

Job Responsibilities

Work with senior management, technical and client teams to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, and best practices for advanced data manipulation.
Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of the database.
Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
Modify existing databases and database management systems, test programs or databases, correct errors, and make necessary modifications.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
8-10 years of applicable experience required.
Experience with database technologies, knowledge of the ETL process, and at least one scripting language.
Strong written and oral communication skills, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated history of success.

Explain a typical day in the role

Partner with Marketing, business, and finance teams to understand and analyze digital marketing campaigns, create measurement plans, and drive post-mortem analyses. Build segmentation and KPI foundations for performance marketing. Collaborate with analytics engineers on building automations and reporting.

What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?

We are ideally looking for a professional with direct marketing experience in digital products, preferably in gaming.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary] for this position is between [$1,45,600 – $1,66,400 annually] .Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
