Purpose of the Team
This team provides the technical and regulatory depth required to effectively challenge AI design decisions assess and mitigate risk and operate AI governance at scale

Monitoring of KRIs risk indicators and remediation plans
Governance forum planning administration and followups
Audit and regulatory response management
Ongoing oversight of highrisk AI use cases including stop decisions and escalations where required
