HIRING – DATA SCIENTIST

Mind Stream is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, productionizing, and scaling advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions, ranging from Agentic AI workflows to Time-Series Forecasting and Anomaly Detection models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Build multi-agent AI applications using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop and deploy Time-Series Forecasting and Anomaly Detection models.
• Productionize ML models using Python, FastAPI, MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure for AI/ML model deployment, scaling, and performance optimization.
• Implement and maintain MLOps practices for end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 6–14 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience using FastAPI.
• Experience with GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and MLOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
