Sr. WordPress Developer

Job Description:

• Design and implement new features and functionality on WordPress websites.
• Customize existing themes and plugins or develop new ones as needed.
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of websites.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot content issues.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers.
• Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in WordPress development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Should have 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Familiarity with WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and REST API.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
