Data Scientist (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist who is eager to work with Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered chatbots. This role will involve developing AI models using AWS AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock, OpenSearch) and supporting the deployment of GenAI-based solutions.

• Develop and fine-tune ML & NLP models for customer interactions and enterprise search
• Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve chatbot accuracy
• Conduct feature engineering, model training & hyperparameter tuning
• Assist in deploying AI models using AWS SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS
• Validate and analyze model performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with Data & Cloud Engineers for seamless model deployment
• Gain hands-on experience in AI-driven data processing & decision support system

YOUR PROFILE

• Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Machine Learning & NLP
  • Proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face
  • Basic experience with AWS AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock, OpenSearch)
  • Understanding of SQL, NoSQL & data storage principles
  • Eager to learn MLOps and cloud-based AI deployment workflows
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some knowledge of API development (FastAPI, Flask) & Data Pipelines (ETL, AWS Glue)
  • Experience working with structured & unstructured data
  • Interest in enterprise AI applications & business intelligence
