Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ML + Data Science Engineer to build advanced predictive models, optimization solutions, and data-driven systems that support enterprise-scale decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build forecasting & predictive models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, regression, classification)
• Apply optimization & Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) for inventory, routing, and resource allocation
• Perform EDA & feature engineering on large datasets
• Evaluate models and ensure interpretability using SHAP / LIME
• Collaborate with AI & engineering teams to deploy models into production workflows

Required Skills

• Strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow)
• Expertise in time-series forecasting & classical ML
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability & optimization
• Experience with DRL frameworks (Ray RLlib, Stable Baselines, etc.)
• SQL, Spark / PySpark for large-scale data processing
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Data Science, ML, CS, Statistics, or related field

Nice to Have

• Azure ML & Data Services
• Supply chain / operations analytics experience
• OR-Tools or optimization libraries
• Computer Vision system development

Soft Skills

• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
