Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have:-

1. 4+ years of experience in AI/ML
2. Python , FastAPI, Cloud (/GCP), Langchain, LangGraph/CrewAI , Docker/Kubernetes, Classic ML/deep learning/ Gen AI technologies, LLMs, NLP, Multi-agent frameworks , Evaluation metrics and Analysis of LLM, ADK, MCP etc
3. Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
4. Experience with deploying AI/ML models in production environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
5. Good Exp in NLP, LLMs
6. Solid background in programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark, Hive, Shell Scripting.
7. Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI is a plus
8. Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
10. Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, NumPy, and SQL
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
12. Robust skills in EDA, building and maintaining AI/ML data pipelines
