We are looking for Data Scraper

Job Duties:

Develop and maintain web scraping scripts to extract structured and unstructured data from websites, APIs, and databases.

Use tools like Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Puppeteer for data collection.

Handle challenges such as CAPTCHAs, anti-bot measures, dynamic content, and rate limiting.

Store and manage collected data in formats such as CSV, JSON, or SQL databases.

Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Collaborate with data analysts or data scientists to deliver datasets for analysis or reporting.

Monitor scraper performance and troubleshoot scraping failures.

Stay updated on web scraping best practices, legal compliance (e.g., robots.txt, terms of service), and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

Hands-on experience with web scraping frameworks (Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Selenium, Playwright, etc.).

Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and JSON/XML.

Familiarity with data storage systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or AWS S3.

Basic knowledge of data cleaning, ETL processes, and regular expressions (RegEx).

Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.'
