Job Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM (Mon to Fri)

Job Location: Business Center, Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Near Nursery, Karachi

Salary Range: 50K to 70K

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Scraper / Automation Specialist to design and manage automated workflows for bulk lead collection across multiple online sources. This role focuses on building reliable scraping and automation systems, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering clean, segmented lead databases ready for outbound campaigns and CRM integration. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on large-scale data extraction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run automated scraping workflows to collect leads in bulk from websites, directories, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Build custom scripts and automation tools to extract emails, phone numbers, and business contact information at scale.
• Ensure data quality and validation at scale to deliver actionable lead lists.
• Segment leads based on industry, location, company size, role, or other criteria for targeted outreach.
• Maintain structured lead databases ready for integration into CRMs and outreach tools.
• Continuously optimize automation workflows for speed, accuracy, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automated bulk lead scraping and data extraction.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Phantombuster, or similar automation tools.
• Strong ability to extract emails, phone numbers, and contact info from multiple sources at scale.
• Experience with data validation, cleaning, and enrichment for large datasets.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in automation workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Ability to also collect social media profiles for enriched lead data.
• Familiarity with API integrations to automate syncing scraped leads to CRMs.
• Previous experience supporting B2B and B2C outbound campaigns at scale.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
