About the Role
We are hiring a highly skilled Data Scraper to support our Sales & Marketing team by finding, extracting, and organizing data for targeted outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will collect relevant business and customer information from various sources to help the Digital Marketing team generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from online platforms related to target industries, decision makers, and marketing prospects.
- Create data lists for email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and paid campaign audiences.
- Collect information such as name, email, job title, company, industry, location, website, social links, etc.
- Perform competitor research and scrape data from social media, Google, business listings, directories, and company websites.
- Filter data by category, region, industry type, and buyer persona.
- Clean and structure data into Google Sheets / Excel for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain data quality, remove duplicate entries, and verify email accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
- Deliver daily/weekly datasets and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills
- Strong research and internet scraping skills
- Data cleaning and formatting
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels

- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B / B2C marketing data collection
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, High Level CRM)
- Basic understanding of SEO keywords and target audience segmentation
- Ability to find niche targeting categories (DM – Digital Marketing category data)
Education & Experience
- Any graduate / diploma
- Minimum 6 months–2 years of data scraping or lead generation experience preferred
