Data Specialist- Food Company

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Specialist responsible for analyzed sales, demand and inventory data to support forecasting and planning also prepared daily, weekly and monthly performance report sand dashboards. Monitoring returns wastage and stock levels to reduce wastage also automated reports and improved data accuracy using EXCEL and Tableau tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean and validate sales, supply, return, and inventory data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and cosistency.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales performance across branches, routes, SKUs, and suppliers.
• Monitor wastage returns, over-supply and under-supply.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using EXCEL, Tableau and BI tools, and Python.
• Track KPIs such as net sales, gross margin, return%, forecast accuracy, and route performance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (Food / FMCG preferred)
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Experience with ERP systems, POS data, and inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
