• Planning & Design the Change Management Communication, Framework & Process.

Roles & Responsibility

• Define and govern the DSM "Data Success Manager" operating model & RACI framework.
• Develop and maintain standardized DSM playbooks, covering client engagement, escalation, and reporting.
• Design and implement the change management and communication framework.
• Own client segmentation and the allocation of DSMs to clients based on complexity and capacity.
• Ensure consistent reporting, metrics, and performance tracking across all DSMs.
• Coach, and upskill DSMs to strengthen capability, consistency, and delivery effectiveness.
