Data Support Analyst

Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform document imaging tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of
• documents.
• Handle correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and responding to

emails and letters.

• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to process and

organize documents and data.informations.within and outside the organization.Skill Set:

• Access and navigate client portals to obtain and download relevant
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel for various stakeholders

Skill Set:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Freshers are welcome

Shift Timings:

5 days working, 9AM - 6PM with one day 11AM - 8PM in a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
