Decision Support Analyst

General Role

Provides analytical support to government leadership by evaluating data, forecasting outcomes, and guiding strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct scenario analysis and predictive modeling for policy planning.

· Prepare decision briefs and impact assessments for executive review.

· Integrate financial, operational, and strategic data into decision models.

· Support inter-ministerial working groups with analytical expertise.

· Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.

Required Experience

· Minimum 15+ years of experience in decision support or strategic analysis, including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity within the State of Qatar.

· Experience in building and validating decision models using financial, operational, and strategic data.

· Proficiency in planning tools and techniques.

· Background in economic modeling or cost-benefit analysis for government-funded initiatives.

· Experience in crisis management analytics or contingency planning.

· Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive-level briefings.

· Familiarity with integrated planning systems and enterprise performance management tools.

· Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
