Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data/Administrative Specialist to join our remote operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain electronic records, databases, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before processing.
- Organize, file, and maintain digital documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation as requested.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, document processing, and record maintenance.
- Respond to internal inquiries and provide administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with managing company correspondence, emails, and shared digital files.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and company records.
- Monitor workflow queues and ensure assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary while recommending process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous administrative, data entry, office support, or customer support experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Requirements
