Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server databases for marketing and analytics workloads.
- Design robust data models for campaign, customer, and performance data across multiple digital platforms.
- Build and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Develop and maintain SSAS cubes (Tabular and Multidimensional) for analytical insights.
- Create and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards for marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Implement ETL workflows using SSIS and integrate data from diverse sources (CRM, ad platforms, web analytics).
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance tuning of SQL Server instances.
- Manage database version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with marketing analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to align data structures with business goals.
- Maintain database documentation, enforce governance, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement in data processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later).
- Advanced skills in T-SQL, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in data modeling for analytics and reporting.
- Strong experience with SSRS and SSAS (Tabular preferred).
- Experience with ETL development and data integration using SSIS.
- Knowledge of digital marketing data (impressions, clicks, conversions, attribution, audience segmentation).
- Familiarity with Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, or other cloud-based database platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI or other BI visualization tools.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python.
- Understanding of data warehousing and marketing analytics ecosystems.
- Experience working in agile, DevOps-driven environments.
