Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Architect, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server databases for marketing and analytics workloads.</li></ul><ul><li>Design robust data models for campaign, customer, and performance data across multiple digital platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain SSAS cubes (Tabular and Multidimensional) for analytical insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards for marketing, sales, and operations teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement ETL workflows using SSIS and integrate data from diverse sources (CRM, ad platforms, web analytics).</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance tuning of SQL Server instances.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage database version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to align data structures with business goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain database documentation, enforce governance, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement in data processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later).</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced skills in T-SQL, indexing, and performance tuning.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in data modeling for analytics and reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience with SSRS and SSAS (Tabular preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with ETL development and data integration using SSIS.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of digital marketing data (impressions, clicks, conversions, attribution, audience segmentation).</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, or other cloud-based database platforms.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with Power BI or other BI visualization tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of data warehousing and marketing analytics ecosystems.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working in agile, DevOps-driven environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
