Sr.UX/UI Designer

Duties

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web applications, including requirements gathering, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Develop detailed user flows, information architecture, layout designs, and interaction patterns that optimize user engagement and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to integrate design seamlessly into product development cycles.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs utilizing tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision to communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers.
• Conduct data analysis using tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experience through A/B testing and usability assessments.
• Ensure all designs adhere to web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive web design principles for optimal performance across devices including mobile devices.
• Stay current with industry trends in UX/UI design, motion graphics, data visualization, and emerging technologies like React, Angular, and RESTful APIs to continually enhance our digital offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work on e-commerce platforms or similar digital products.
• Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and React Express.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing (using Axure, Balsamiq), prototyping (Adobe XD, Zeplin), and visual design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within Agile environments.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data for continuous improvement.
• Experience designing for web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive web design across various devices including mobile applications.
• Knowledge of API integration for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Excellent communication skills to gather requirements effectively from stakeholders and translate them into compelling designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple projects efficiently.
