<Responsibilities>

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web applications, translating business requirements into compelling user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define user flows that align with strategic goals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design solutions, and refine user experiences continuously.
• Apply best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to create responsive layouts optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Utilize data visualization techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions and measure user engagement.
• Advocate for accessibility standards (Web Accessibility) and inclusive design principles to ensure our products are usable by everyone.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience designing for e-commerce platforms with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, Axure, Zeplin, Balsamiq, and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within Agile environments to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Omniture for continuous improvement.
• Experience in UX research methods including requirements gathering, user flows, wireframing, A/B testing (using Adobe Target or similar), and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with digital design principles such as motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), responsive web design (Bootstrap), information architecture, layout design, and usability testing.
