Role and Responsibilities

• ∙Install, configure, and maintain MSSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and PostgreSQL databases.
• ∙Monitor database performance, tuning, and optimization for high availability.
• ∙Manage database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
• ∙Perform database replication, clustering, and failover configurations.
• ∙Troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize queries as needed.
• ∙Manage database storage, indexing, and partitions efficiently.
• ∙Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to ensure database uptime.
• ∙Implement best practices for database access control and security policies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

∙BCA or MCA with Database knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• ∙Experience in cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP Cloud SQL).
• ∙Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• ∙Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, MySQL DBA Certification, or PostgreSQL Certification.

Experience Requirements:

• ∙Experience handling large-scale databases in a data center or enterprise environment.
• ∙Ability to automate database administration tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹347,385.13 - ₹600,000.00 per year
