At TP, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database stability, availability, security, and performance while supporting business-critical applications and collaborating with internal IT and infrastructure teams.
The Database Administrator will play a key role in database monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and recovery processes, and supporting high availability solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server database environments

Install, configure, monitor, and support SQL Server instances and related services

Perform database maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Monitor database health, system performance, and ensure operational stability

Manage database backup, restore, and basic disaster recovery procedures
-
Support High Availability (HA) solutions including database mirroring and replication
-
Create, maintain, and optimize database structures and configurations
-
Support and maintain SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)

Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures

Collaborate with internal IT teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors when required

Provide basic support for Power BI reporting and dashboards

Handle incidents and troubleshoot database-related issues in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and best practices

Support daily database operations within production and enterprise environments
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration

Good knowledge of:
-SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
-SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
-Database structures and database administration concepts
Experience with:

SQL Server installation, configuration, and maintenance

Database monitoring and performance optimization
