Position Summary:

Signature Travel Network is seeking a Database Analysis Coordinator to join our Marketing Services team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong combination of excel skills, organizational excellence, and a passion for the travel industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting members in converting from one database platform to another through effective communication, analytic skills, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current member database to find missed marketing opportunities
  • Determine specific items needed to convert to a different CRM (database)
  • Assists members with providing training resources
  • Initial reach out to members with guides to set appropriate expectations for converting to a different CRM
  • Verify member has actioned the needed database updates prior to converting
  • Monitors pre and post marketing reach metrics on a master sheet
  • After conversion, compare pre and post metrics to determine errors, share with supervisor

Qualifications Database Analysis Coordinator, Marketing Services

  • Superior knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in CRMs
  • Two Years of Travel Industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Monday.com is preferred but not required
  • Strategic, able to see the big picture while also implementing an action plan to reach the current goal
  • Independent, proactive, and able to tackle a project from start to finish
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with high-level attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to grow in the Travel Industry

Position is remote, however, we are open to a hybrid role if located near the office.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 (paid at an hourly rate of $24.04 - $26.44/hr)
