Seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Database & Finance Analyst to join our team. Requirements
Financial Analysis & Reporting

Create weekly & monthly financial reports - such as forecasts, variance analysis, month-end close, risk analysis, and more.
- Track and validate third-party production costs and co-joined revenue across business units.
- Lead client revenue verification efforts, ensuring discrepancies are resolved and rate cards are correctly applied.
- Monitor unbilled items and collaborate with production managers to resolve delays.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis, including margin tracking and model creation.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Data Engineering & Systems Optimization

Manage and optimize financial data pipelines using SQL, MS Fabrics, and other tools for reporting and analysis.
- Review production systems to ensure job data accuracy, including completion dates, customer rates, and billing status.
- Collaborate with system developers to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity.
- Design and scale API endpoints and reusable code libraries for financial and operational data.
- Develop and enhance internal dashboards and tools for real-time financial and operational insights.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional visual elements for reporting interfaces.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with MS Fabrics, Metabase, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
