Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Database Management Executive. The role involves managing and updating company, employee, and project-related records, tracking document validity, and ensuring smooth data flow across systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in MS Excel, Zoho, or ERP tools, with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and maintain company, employee, and project documents.
  • Track expiry dates of critical documents (licenses, IDs, visas, certifications).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems.
  • Generate alerts, reminders, and periodic reports for management.
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks through proper document control.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in database management or document control.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Zoho, or ERP tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
