• Should have proficiency in database languages, operating systems, hardware components, and various cloud platforms

• Experience and exposure in installing & configuration, performance tuning & optimization

• Hands-on with replication & schema designing, query optimization, data security procedures

• Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security

• Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentatio n of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

• Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related

• Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
