Day care Teacher

Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Day Care Teacher to join our team. The role involves ensuring the safety, well-being, and holistic development of children by providing them with a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children within the daycare.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as storytelling, games, art & craft, and interactive learning.
• Assist children in developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in the daycare premises.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Ensure adherence to daycare policies, routines, and schedules.
• Support children with basic needs (meals, rest time, personal care, etc.).

Requirements:

• Prior experience in teaching or childcare is preferred.
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple children and manage group activities.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience in childcare.
