Day care teacher cum Center Manager

This role is a full day job for our daycare centre at Phaltan. It entails supervision and management of our day care cum preschool under the aegis and employment of our creche operations vendor, Little Big World. Duties include parent engagement, team management, administration and supervision of a 110 children unit, supported by 20+ staff members, upholding highest level of supervision, care , hygiene, learning and nutrition standards.

Working hours: 8:30 am- 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Minimum Qualification

Female candidates only

30+ years of age

At least graduate, preferably post graduate

Must have a strong command over English

Maturity to supervise challenging operations on high standards of transparency, integrity, professionalism and care

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in the field of early childcare/ nursing/ teaching

Bachelor of Education (Commerce/ education), Child Psychology/ Paediatrician/ any other field, Teacher Training Course

Demonstrated ability of managing customer-centric operations on high quality standards

Computer skills – email correspondence, MS office
