Day care Teacher- Female ( 0-2 Year Exp)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Female Daycare Teacher to join our team. The role involves nurturing, supervising, and engaging children in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, and learning sessions.
• Encourage social interaction, creativity, and positive behavior among children.
• Provide basic care including feeding, hygiene, and rest routines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom and play area.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress, behavior, and needs.
• Observe and record each child’s development and report concerns if any.
• Assist in implementing daycare policies, safety standards, and health guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a positive environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a daycare teacher/assistant or in childcare is an advantage.
• Patience, empathy, and love for working with young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage long working hours with enthusiasm and commitment.
