In this role, you will provide engaging, person-centered care during daytime hours, fostering independence, safety, and social connection. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, and mobility support
• Will provide more job descriptions upon Interview with HR
• Able to understand medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and EMR systems for patient documentation
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or other memory care needs
• Excellent conflict management skills coupled with compassionate caregiving and case management abilities
• Capable of lifting over 50 pounds and drive safely for transportation needs
• First aid certification preferred; CPR training is a plus

Day Hab hours 7a-3p Monday through Friday. Basic ASL helpful.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
