Job Description:
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Community-Based Services Day Program! This key leadership role is responsible for supervising and managing a team of Direct Support staff in the Manchester area who deliver high-quality, community-based day programming for adults with disabilities. Programs support participant engagement through volunteer opportunities, employment, socialization, recreational activities, and the development of daily living skills.
The Program Coordinator ensures all services meet or exceed Easterseals’ quality standards, as well as state and federal certification and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:
Accept program referrals, conduct intake evaluations and assign clients to appropriate staff or program.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, guardians and fundors.
Establish and maintain a presence within the community.
Identify specialized services needs for clients and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing standards as well as department and agency policies and procedures.
Oversee and/or create, implement and ensure compliance.
Understand Agency and Grant budget systems and develop and monitor budgets.
Recruits, train, supervise, evaluate and monitor all direct reports.
Identify and develop solutions concerning safety risks and conduct program services in a safe, appropriate manner.
Communicate effectively and encourage open communication ensuring updated Agency, departmental and customer information is distributed appropriately.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPPA compliance.
Provide on-call services and respond to emergency needs.
Ensure our customers are consistently treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field
Six (6) years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree
Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Compensation: $58,656 annually
