Purpose of the Job
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily walk rounds of site to confirm healthy status of all plant equipment
Alternative between Greenwich View Place and Canning Town as per business requirements
Undertake site induction and issue relevant PTW, ATW, LOA, and dynamic risk assessments
Undertake escort duties for all CBRE subcontractors
Respond to reactive installation works
Respond to emergency reactive work, breakdowns and remedials
Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments
Take readings, monitor energy consumption and proactive energy saving
Carry out PPM tasks in accordance with contract specifications
Utilise Manager+ & MCIM systems to close out PPM’s and ensure asset data is kept up to date
Carry out monthly generator test at Canning Town on a Saturday (rotating months with 2nd Day Tech)
Carry out fire testing at CT weekly (Monday)
Adhere to CBRE policies and procedures
Learn, understand and utilise the Client SDSK system to ensure all reactive tickets are updated and closed out according to SLA’s
Ensure logbooks are kept up to date at Canning Town and GVP where applicable
Ensure building fabrics are monitored, reported frequently and actioned accordingly in line with SLA’s
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Centre environment and Electrical
Preferably have worked in a datacentre/ industrial environment or critical environment.
Not required but preferable skill:
Electrical testing and inspection
Low voltage authorised person
IPAF & PASMA
Harness inspection training
HVAC
