Join our team at Mountain Park, dedicated to providing the highest quality of memory care in Clackamas County, OR. As a Day Shift Med Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents who are experiencing Alzheimer's or another form of dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR)
• Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed
• Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
• Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
