About Angel Wings

At Angel Wings, our mission and culture are built on six core values. Our Director must actively model and lead through these values every single day:

Accountable – Luke 16:10

We take responsibility for our actions, our environment, and the quality of care we provide. We show integrity, are dependable, and model responsibility for the children in our care. We are here for the students.

Nurturing – Isaiah 40:11

We create warm, supportive, and compassionate spaces where children feel valued, understood, and safe to explore and grow.

Growing – 2 Peter 3:18

We embrace continuous learning and development—for our children, our team, and ourselves. Growth is encouraged, celebrated, and woven into every experience. We are flexible, take initiative, and maintain curiosity and discovery.

Encouraging – 1 Thessalonians 5:11

We uplift one another through positive words and actions, patient guidance, and a belief in each person’s unique potential. We operate with optimism and a team mentality. We are inclusive and celebrate every milestone.

Loving – 1 Corinthians 16:14

We show kindness, gentleness, and genuine care in all we do. Sharing God’s love is the foundation of our interactions, creating a family-like environment for children and staff. We are respectful, understanding, and follow the Golden Rule.

Safe – Proverbs 18:10

We prioritize safety in every form—physical, emotional, and environmental. Our center is a protected, structured, and reliable space where children thrive. We stay alert, prevent accidents, and maintain organized, clean environments.
