Our high-quality STAR 4 early learning center in the heart of Queen Village is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Daycare Floater to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of different ages and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms ranging from Young Toddlers through preschool as needed
• Assist lead and assistant teachers with daily activities and routines
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
• Support meal, nap, and transition times
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two Years' Experience working with young children
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Must meet all Pennsylvania childcare clearances and health requirements

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
