Daycare Lead preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Childcare Providers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, and requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to manage behaviors effectively.

Duties

• Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap time for infants and toddlers.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment, including classrooms or play areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to care and education.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to childcare practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare, babysitting, or nannying is required.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable; will have to complete if not certified.
• Must be dependable and professional.
• Strong behavior management skills to foster a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of families.
