Daycare Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with children in a classroom setting. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Your primary focus will be to educate and engage young minds while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Engage children in various activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the daycare program.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children.
• Experience in infant care and toddler care is highly desirable.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• A genuine passion for caregiving and nurturing young learners.
