Shift: 7 Hours (Full-Time, Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Daycare Teacher to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in the daycare center.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.
• Monitor children’s behavior and progress, and report updates to parents.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide quality childcare.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Education / Early Childhood Development preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
