Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Day Care Teacher / Caregiver who can manage and care for children in our day care program. The ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and hygiene of children under care.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and storytelling.
• Assist in feeding, napping, and other daily routines.
• Maintain records of children’s activities, attendance, and overall development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s day-to-day progress.
• Support preschool staff in creating a nurturing and positive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduation (Mandatory).
• Additional Courses (Preferred): Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / B.Ed. or any certified childcare course.
• Prior experience in day care, preschool, or child development will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Warm, patient, and caring personality with the ability to handle children empathetically.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
