Darling Kids Montessori is a small, family-style Montessori daycare serving children ages 1–5. We are growing and looking for caring, reliable, and English-fluent teachers or assistants to join our team.

Your Role

• Care for and supervise children ages 1–5
• Support daily routines, play, and learning activities
• Help children develop independence, confidence, and social skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Communicate positively with families

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine love for children, patience, and responsibility
• Fluent English communication required
• Prior daycare, preschool, nanny, or childcare experience preferred
• Comfortable with diapering, meal assistance, and light cleaning
• Willing to follow safety rules and daycare procedures
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
