Daycare Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional and cognitive development of children. Your role will involve planning engaging activities, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the well-being of each child in your care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and incidents.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Completed CPR & First Aid
• Completed Communicable disease prevention
• Completed Child abuse recognition
• Completed Early childhood development
• All staff pass mandatory background checks
• Childcare available for infants through school-aged children
