Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in line with early childhood education standards.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles and early intervention strategies.
• Provide attentive toddler care and preschool instruction while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to maintain a structured yet flexible learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance classroom management techniques and share best practices in childhood development.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
