Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging daily activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care routines.
- Provide attentive supervision and care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and needs.
- Assist with classroom organization, cleanliness, and supply management to create an inviting space for children.
- Apply first aid when necessary and follow health protocols to ensure a safe environment for all children.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle behavioral challenges effectively.
- Compassionate caregiving attitude with excellent communication skills for engaging with children and parents.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.36 - $11.60 per hour
