Job Summary
As a Daycare Worker/Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young minds in a safe and engaging environment. What you’ll do

• Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with parents to discuss their child’s progress and address any concerns or needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Supervise outdoor playtime, ensuring a safe space for children to socialize and develop physical skills.
• Document daily activities and milestones to track each child’s development.

Basic qualifications

• Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages.
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain one.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and toddler care practices.
• Previous experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting.
