Daytime bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware regularly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy daytime hours.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service, safety, and food handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems ;retail math skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy daytime shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and proper alcohol serving procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is desirable but not required.
• Familiarity with wine & craft cocktail techniques or hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
