We are accelerating our Designs 2.0 strategy, embedding execution discipline, orchestration, and product velocity across BD, Delivery, DevOps, and Products. As part of this evolution, we are building a structured DBP (Design–Build–Product) execution layer to transform vision into weekly shipped outcomes. This requires a new generation of analysts who are not passive documenters—but structured execution accelerators.

Role Summary

Under DQ Mindset 2.0, we prioritize tight scope, build-ready specifications, visible demos, and measurable progress. We are therefore hiring DBP Analysts who will form the foundation of our DBP Architect track. We are seeking a DBP Analyst who will translate business scope into structured, build-ready specifications and orchestrate clarity across teams.

This role sits at the intersection of BD, Delivery, DevOps, and Products, ensuring opportunities are transformed into executable work with zero ambiguity. The DBP Analyst is not a traditional Business Analyst. This is a structured execution role designed to evolve into DBP Architect leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Scope Structuring & Story Definition

• Translate opportunity scope into clear, structured specifications.
• Break down requirements into build-ready user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog items meet a strict “ready-to-build” standard.

Execution Orchestration Support

• Coordinate across BD, Delivery, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure clean handoffs.
• Identify blockers early and escalate with clarity.
• Maintain traceability between scope, build artifacts, and demos.

Weekly Outcome Discipline

• Contribute to weekly demo readiness and documentation.
• Maintain structured backlog hygiene (WIP control, priority clarity).
• Produce concise weekly outcome summaries.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in analysis, delivery coordination, or technical documentation roles.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Notion, or similar backlog management systems.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and structured documentation skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple parallel streams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
