Manage end-to-end Data Center operations including corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams, NOC, customers, and Field Partners to restore faults, execute maintenance routines, and resolve escalations.
Monitor regional operational performance, manage incidents, and lead interventions for critical issues.
Oversee vandalized site handling from IR/BoQ preparation through repair, acceptance, financial closure, and ticket handover to NOC.
Manage site acceptance activities for new Data Center elements within agreed timelines.
Support spare parts management and ensure proper inventory and logistics processes.
Manage field resources, partners, tools, and skill development to ensure adequate coverage, capability, and EHS compliance.
Implement and improve operational and quality processes; conduct audits and performance reviews.
Prepare and present operational, routine, and KPI reports to customers and management.
Liaise with clients on PO, PR, and LCC-related matter, ensure contractor quotations and POs are processed within SLA and Coordinate with internal departments (Contracts, CEG, Finance).
Lead RCA preparation for escalations, complaints, and SLA breaches, and manage third-party/vendor escalations.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years
’ experience in telecommunications or Data Center operations (power, AC, facilities, fire systems).
5+ years
’ experience in people management.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems.
Experience in Data Center facilities including cooling, fire systems, and high-voltage power O&M.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage critical operational incidents.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Solid knowledge of Data Center and telecom installation, operation, and maintenance.
