Description


Job Purpose

  • Develop, prepare and handle reports for OTT platforms, including Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and hard bundle performance analysis.

  • Oversee and execute DCB new launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives & stakeholders.

  • Enhancing Customer experience through frequent revamps

  • Manage and oversee entertainment projects across Etisalat segments, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with strategic goals.

  • Working with customer care/ segment owners to handle complaints across OTT platforms, resolving issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Execute all operational tasks to ensure daily targets and deliverables are met

  • Ongoing live testing through all channels including digital to ensure the services flow, spotting issues and recommending enhancements for the best customer experience

Handle and escalate the complex customer inquiries or complaints related to DCB

Report To Position Name

Product Management:

§ Sustain and increase all out of DCB revenues & penetration to achieve profits and brand catalogue

§ Prepare and launch promotions and propositions that would increase revenue, enhance customer experience & penetration to enhance Etisalat image in the market

§ Monitor the end-to-end customer flow, ensuring to have seamless and smooth Customer experience

§ Ongoing live testing through all channels including digital to ensure the services flow, spotting issues and request enhancements for the best customer experience

§ Lead the digital transformation of DCB services to enhance digital consumer engagement.

§ Lead on the reconciliation of partners by extracting and validating the data in alignment with revenue assurance, finance, and DWH team till the end of the actions.

§ Lead on the social media activities either through E& app or through CVM campaigns

§ Follow up on the proper implementation of generated ideas and handle project issues that arise with all stakeholders internally & externally

§ Maintain the yearly calendar that matches seasonality and market trends

§ Develop and manage the necessary analytic models, dashboards and reports.

§ Pre-launch testing and after launch testing


Strategic planning:

§ Support the implementation of strategic goals that content is not only VOD & acquiring the best OTTs in the market


Product development

§ working with cross-functional departments to execute the plan and the daily operational work

§ Introducing new products and approaches to generate new revenue streams

§ Develop the PDs, tec memos, and contracts & discussing it with all internal stakeholders (CC, finance, IT, segments, Technical, PMs, customer Insights)

§ Reviewing and aligning all segments with the new partnerships & offers to ensure alignment and spotting opportunities or raise flags for any contradictions

§ Align & share with internal stakeholders the concept/ enhancement:

§ Insights for understanding services performances, adoption, services’ intersections and base performance for each service;

§ Pricing for financial assessment

§ IT for technical assessment

§ PM for Planning tickets and executing moves

§ Regulatory team for concepts approvals

§ CC and CX teams for superior customer experience

§ Communication team for communicating the concept/ enhancement

§ Marcom team for ATL or BTL activities

§ CVM for segmented campaigns/ promos


Reporting & Performance management

§ Prepare updates on product performance and key metrics for the DCB services

§ Prepare the communication plan weekly to ensure releasing the recent updates

Service reporting, analytical models and dashboards.


Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Knowledge:

§ Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly VAS

§ Familiarity with DCB partners and operational procedures

§ Awareness of KPIs and how to monitor them.

§ Solid understanding of excel to create daily dashboards & reporting


Education:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or any related fields

Language Proficiency:

§ Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.


Detail Oriented and organized

§ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects/ stakeholders/ partners


Collaboration and Communication:

§ Ability to work well within a team and with other departments


Problem Solving:

§ Capacity to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently


Time Management:

§ Excellent skills in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines


Skills & Abilities
:

§ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

§ Ability to monitor project progress and report on key metrics

§ Data visualization, ability to translate data analysis into well-structured visuals that tell a compelling story

§ Strong verbal and written communication skills

§ Experience working with MS Excel & PowerPoint

§ Proficiency in financial modelling and revenue/ budget management
