Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Manage project documentation, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents as needed.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project personnel.
Facilitate communication between project management, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
Address and resolve any administrative issues or conflicts that may arise during project activities.
Maintain detailed records of project activities, including progress updates, delays, and corrective actions.
Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to project management, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation measures.
Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including as-built drawings and quality control records.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
5-10 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on construction or similar projects.
